Applications are also available at the Town Clerk’s office during regular business hours

Be prepared with the following:

• The application must be filled out and signed before meeting with the GA Administrator
• Show proof of income for everyone in the household
  (pay stubs, Social Security/disability, unemployment, etc.)
• Show receipts for proof of all expenses
  (heating, electricity, rent, food, prescriptions, telephone, cable, internet, pet expenses, alcohol and tobacco expenses, etc.)
